Buying ways

The prices are referred to a single product and contain VAT and transport costs in Italy. Once you have chosen a product, you have to set the quantity clicking on “modify”.

The minimum order of bottles is of 6 units; your order can be made also by different products (wine, oil, grappa, vinegar, etc.). The total quantities of your order, though, has to be always made by multiplies of the number 6 (example: 6,12,18, 24, etc. bottles). Orders with different quantities won't be considered.

If you buy our ‘special offers’, it is not compulsory respect a minimum order, as the product is differently composed.

Sending

The sending cost is free both for credit card buying or consigning payment, if made in Italy; for purchases in other countries, please do contact us.

Payment

The methods of payment are by cash on delivery or by credit card with a sure transaction by internet.

Conformation of the order

Once you have sent your order by internet, you' ll soon receive by e-mail a confirmation of your order directly at your e-mail address.

Refunds rights

As indicated by Italian Law on refund rights (L. D. n.185 of 22.05.1999) you have the possibility to give back our ordered products, without any penalty, sending at our address in Rovato within 8 days a registered letter with receiving notice. The communication can be sent also, always within the same term, by telegram, telex and telefax always plus confirming by registered letter with receiving notice within the following 48 hours.

The products have to be sent back to Azienda Agricola Conti Terzi at our address in Rovato within 10 working days from the moment you have received our products. The refund will be made within 30 days from the moment in which Azienda Agricola Conti Terzi knew of the use of the refunds right, made by the customer. All resending expenses are payed by the customer.
