Grappe   Grappa di Franciacorta From the distillation of the peels from the Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay grapes coming from our vineyards we obtain this grappa, bottled in very characteristic and elegant bottles. Produced in small copper cauldrons, this peels distilled (which several times won the national prize “Alambicco d’oro” under anonymous tasting rules) has an alcoholic strenght of 45 and an ethereal, well-balanced bouquet together with a round, delicate flavour. This grappa is suitable for drinking during the cold winter days but also in the pleasant summer evenings, always at a room temperature.
